NDSS Access Point

 

The National Diabetes Services Scheme (NDSS) provides access to diabetes-related products at subsidised prices for registered patients.

NDSS provides the following services:

 

• Access to subsidised Blood Glucose Testing Strips and Insulin Needles (if registered as Insulin requiring)

• Information & advice on diabetes self-management

• Information on local services and support groups

• Resources on diabetes (e.g. Fact Sheets, Brochures)

• Ordering of NDSS products.

If you do meet the requirements to become an NDSS member, simply take the Registration Form to your Doctor or Diabetes Educator and have them complete the details and fax it NDSS.
